Added the HCS process / phases of design and development. Calling it the Methodology Lab. A Lab in the sense that none of these phases are necessarily linear and certainly, based on the bottom line, never required, leaving the door open for fast, faster and fastestdevelopment times. Entirely based on the level of scope, sign-off and immediate deliverable definitions.
